Our goal is for OKAY DEV® to become the go-to place to connect with creatives, see inpiring work, share, learn, and grow. So whether you're looking to leave a mark on the industry or to collaborate with a talented dev or designer, we want OKAY DEV® to be the place you go for that.

Our community is tailored towards creatives. We don't (currently) run ads or use algorithms to shadow ban posts. We'd like to avoid the BS that seems to come with most social media.

We hope our members will find a lot of value through the connections made and things they share.

Business PRO accounts are able to add existing members to their team and represent them on their About page. Those team members can then choose to be included, and if so then the business logo will be displayed next to their name on the website.

Subscribers are able to add existing members to the “Member Credits” section of a project. Those members can choose to be included and if so the project will also show up in their portfolio and the project page will show their avatar linked to their profile.

Subscribers have access to content blocks/modules when creating a project. These modules include content for: rich text, images, videos, image/video grids, embedded media from Vimeo, YouTube, and Codepen.

So for those who are looking to provide more context and visuals to their work this will allow you the ability to showcase the project in greater detail.

In a future update we'll be improving the UI to create projects in a more user-friendly way that lets you see the page in a more finalized layout and design rather than a form.

The Gallery is listing page of member's projects. Users can like, bookmark, and share those projects. The Gallery offers search and filtering functionality to help narrow down what you're looking for. It's a great way to get your projects seen, find inspiration, and new people to connect with.

All OKAY DEV® members are shown in the Directory. Subscriber tiers, availability, badges, etc can affect a user's priority in the list. Search and filtering functionality can be used to narrow down users based on their member group(s), skills / tools, availability, location, etc…

Job postings are free, but every post is subject to review to ensure quality and relevance. Premium upgrades are available for things like: including it in the newsletter, posting it on social networks, featuring it on the homepage, sharing it in Discord and/or the private Slack workspace, etc… To find out more sign in and go to the Job Post Submission page.
