6. Public Profiles and Content
Your profile, portfolio, and social posts are publicly visible by design so others can discover and credit your work. Avoid including personal details you don’t want shared (e.g., phone number, home address).
You can edit or delete your content any time. Deleted content is removed from public view immediately and from active systems within 90 days. Residual copies may remain in encrypted backups until those backups are securely overwritten as part of our routine disaster-recovery cycle. These backups are never used for any other purpose.
7. Cookies & Tracking
We use essential cookies for security and functionality, and Fathom Analytics for aggregated usage metrics. Fathom does not collect personal data, set tracking cookies, or create user profiles.

8. Data Retention
We retain information while your account is active or as required by law (e.g., billing records). Inactive accounts may be archived after two years of no login. When you delete data or your account, it is removed from active systems within 90 days and will naturally expire from encrypted backups when those backups are rotated.

We use SSL encryption, firewall protection, and limited employee access to safeguard data. While no system is 100% secure, we actively monitor for unauthorized access. If you suspect a breach, contact us immediately.
10. Children’s Privacy
OKAY DEV is for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a child has submitted information, email us and we’ll remove it promptly.
11. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to:
