Return & Refund Policy

This Return Policy explains how OKAY DEV® handles refunds, subscription cancellations, and billing disputes for our paid services. OKAY DEV operates as a digital membership platform. Once activated, subscriptions provide instant access to premium features, tools, and visibility enhancements that cannot be ​“returned.” Because of this, all sales are final.

1. No refunds

All purchases, including OKAY DEV Pro subscriptions and annual plans, are non-refundable.

This applies to:

  • Monthly and annual PRO memberships
  • Promotional or discounted offers
  • Renewals and upgrades
  • Add-ons or digital features

Once payment is processed, access to your subscription features begins immediately and cannot be reversed.

2. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.

  • When canceled, you’ll retain access to PRO features until the end of your current billing cycle.
  • After expiration, your account will automatically revert to the free plan.
  • Canceling prevents future charges but does not generate a refund for prior payments.

3. Renewal terms

Subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly or annual basis (depending on your plan) until canceled. We’ll notify you of upcoming renewals where required by law.

You can disable auto-renewal anytime before the next billing date.

4. Billing issues or duplicate charges

If you believe you’ve been charged in error, please contact us at support@okaydev.co within 14 days of the transaction. We’ll investigate and correct any verified billing mistakes.

Please note that payment processors (e.g., Stripe) may have their own refund review process.

5. Account removals or violations

If your account is suspended or terminated for violating our Terms and Conditions, Community Guidelines, or Acceptable Use Policy, you are not entitled to a refund for any remaining subscription period.

6. Trials and promotions

From time to time, we may offer limited-time trials or discounts. Such offers:

  • Are available only once per user unless otherwise stated
  • Automatically convert to paid plans at the end of the trial unless canceled
  • Remain subject to this no-refund policy once billing occurs
