A social feed
that doesn’t
manipulate you.
Posts in order from the people you actually follow, links and all. It’s social without the reach games.
No ads. No ranking. No BS.
A three-part demo of Okay Social: an independent designer shares a portfolio link and credits its developer, a type designer shows the optical size axis of a new typeface with highlighted code and video, and a studio shares identity-process images with useful tags.
Finished the optical size axis on our new display face. One file now does what twelve static cuts used to. The opsz axis keeps captions open and posters sharp.
The whole range demo is one CSS rule:
@keyframes breathe {
from { font-variation-settings: 'wght' 200, 'opsz' 24; }
to { font-variation-settings: 'wght' 800, 'opsz' 144; }
}
Three directions from this week’s identity sprint. The client chose one, but the strange little type system in route two is still living rent-free in our heads.
Posting the outtakes before we talk ourselves out of it 🫠

Watching that weight morph is weirdly soothing.

Wait until you see the italic axis. It waves back.
