Workee
A monitor calls in sick at 7:43. A shift is half covered. Someone starts scrolling WhatsApp trying to work out who's free, who has the certificate, and who can actually get there by four.
Workee does that job instead. It reads the gap, weighs requirements, availability, distance and history against the company's own pool of people, and tells you who to invite and why. Not a marketplace — your own bolsa, sorted.
We built both sides. Coordinators get a web panel, workers get an app, and both read the same live state, so nobody reconstructs a chat thread afterwards. Invites go to the best-fit group first and only widen if nobody takes it. When a shift is covered it stays proven: GPS clock-in, hours and rating stay attached to it, and an MCP endpoint hands the whole trail to AI agents.
The landing draws the idea as a watercolour archipelago: schools, pools and shops as islands, workers walking the dotted routes between them. Staffing software is usually grey. This one isn't.
