YOMY built a robot that feeds your cat. LEOLEO handled the launch: art direction, 3D product demonstration and a custom Shopify theme.

The trouble with a product nobody has seen before is that a photograph can't sell it. People don't know what they're looking at. The site had to show the thing working.

I built the scroll sequence that does it. The robot arrives exploded, assembles itself, opens up, takes a wet food pouch inside, then a drawer for the kibble, seals shut, and runs a demo: food drops into the bowls and a notification lands on the owner's phone. The whole product explained in one scroll, without a line of copy.

Next to it, a real-time model you can grab and turn, so people see the robot from the angle they want instead of the one we picked for them. The asset I was handed wasn't usable, so I rebuilt it: full retopology, cleanup, texturing and baking, then exported for the web and embedded with Google's model-viewer.

The robot hadn't been manufactured yet, so nobody could photograph it in a kitchen. I dropped my 3D model into environments built with generative AI, which gave the brand real-world product shots months before the first unit existed.

I also did the motion design across the site, the interface animations and the Rive stickers and cats. Plus a 3D film to launch it.
